Chapter Twelve
How do you feel about Mia's loss of guilt based on her assessment that her parents "wouldn't deny me this experience if they knew about it?" (p. 199)
I think that she should still feel a BIT guilty that she has been lying. Even if this experience was phenomenal, she still should at least feel a bit bad... After all her parents do and have done for her!
I agree with Alex that she should feel little bit guilty that she has been lying to them, but I DO understand why she lost her guilt because the experience was so great, so I can understand why she would lose the guilt. I don't think its good that she has been lying, and I personaly DO think her parents WOULD deny her that experience.
I think she should feel guilty about not telling her parents and she should not do the acupuncture again because she might get overwhelmed by the colors and might get hurt. I think her parents would deny her the experience.
