Bree 6
Bree has a strong reaction when she looks at the moon through the telescope. Why do you think that is? What does Bree realize about herself and her life?
I think Bree realizes that she like that kind of stuff, like astronomy and that kind of thing, and if she still pretends no not like it to the other 5 of them, they wont respect her like other people did at her old school...
I thin Bree realizes that life is not all about the way you look, or how popular you are. I think she now realizes the person she's been since third grade is not rely the person she is ddep down, or who she really wants to be.
I think she had a connection to astronomy and maybe she thought it was kind of lame or kids said that it was so she stopped doing it but when she looked at the moon through the telescope she remembered that she loved that and enjoyed learning about it.
I agree with all of you. It said at the end "my inside geek has been released". I think before she got into beauty and modeling, she was once, almost like Melanie. I think she just realized she was more interested then she thought she was in that kind of stuff!
I also think that she was one of the kids who got made fun of because she was almost like Melanie and that she realized why she was getting made fun of and decided to change.
I think that too. She might have been one of those people and something might have happened to her involving being teased. So maybe she decided to change into a new person.
Yeah, Alex I agree. If she DID used to get teased, thats probobly the reason why she cares about her image so much and she did that so people would stop teasing her...
Im still wondering if she did used to be a geek, what made her change into the person that she is now?? I hope it says more about it in the book! But wait, if something DID happen, and she DID change, why did she decide to change into the person she is now? Why not a different person?
